Practical things that I love to do to cleanse my space:
(water) I like to mop and clean with Florida water
(fire) I sage and light incense frequently to release heavy energies
(air) I open my patio door and windows every morning to let fresh air in
(earth) I have lots of plants and a selenite crystal that help purify the energy in my space
I meditate and set strong intentions, which helps bring calming high frequencies into my space
Lastly, I like to 'Marie-Kondo' my space by donating things I don't need anymore. Everything that I see in my space has to have its own purpose or intention. Less is more.
At the end of the day, it's your energy infused with these elements that help cleanse your space. At least, that's how I do it. :)
