Together, we'll create a safe space to release heavy blockages, calm your nervous system, and restore balance within your energy. This soft realignment is for you to leave with a deeper sense of inner stability, restoration and emotional release. If you have anxiety, depression, postpartum period, or you're simply struggling carrying heavy weights of your life, this session is for you. My intention is for you to be deeply cared for with full presence and unconditional love.
Healing is not about "fixing" or making sure you arrive "correctly." It's about coming home to yourself from where you are now. Come as you are, love.

This Reiki session is meant to realign all of your chakras and help return to your wholeness. If you'd like a reset before or after your job or perhaps need a simple realignment after burnout, this session is for you. My intention is for you to feel lighter and more centered after the session.

My Inner Child Healing sessions are designed to gently reintroduce you to your inner child in a safe, grounded space. Sometimes, it can be difficult to hear their voice after long periods of living in abandonment, fear or shame. But know that they are never gone. They are always there inside, patiently waiting to be heard with nothing but unconditional love for you. And the only way to meet them is to simply allow and receive. We will explore your Heart Chakra and Solar Plexus to gently guide you in this process. You and your inner child are allowed to feel everything and anything together without judgment. The goal is to have you feeling confident in connecting with your inner child again after these sessions, one step at a time.
