These sessions softly release all heavy energies and blockages. As a practitioner, my intention is to gently calm your nervous system and realign all of your chakras. This soft realignment can encourage a deeper sense of inner stability, restoration and emotional release. Healing is not about "fixing" or making sure you arrive "correctly." It's about coming home to yourself from where you are now. Come as you are, love.

Sometimes, it can be difficult to hear their voice after long periods of living in abandonment, fear or shame. But know that they are never gone. They are always there inside, patiently waiting to be heard with nothing but unconditional love for you. And the only way to meet them is to simply allow and receive. We will explore your Heart Chakra and Solar Plexus to gently guide you in this process. You and your inner child are allowed to feel everything and anything together without judgment. The goal is to have you feeling confident in connecting with your inner child again after these sessions, one step at a time.
